This is one of the favs I picked. Between the music, the scenery, and the vintage train rushing passed, it does so much to build anticipation. I really felt like I was about to go on an adventure.
I get a lump in my throat every time I watch the `Evacuating London` title scene with the Pevensies departing without knowing where they will end up!
Anybody notice though the similarity between the way this version starts and the way the old BBC version does?
this is one of my favorite movie opening credits. the song just goes so well with the story, and it flows with the train at the time. its just such a beautiful scene. i was so excited when they incorporated the same song into Prince Caspian, but i was sad when they didnt in VDT. i was really hoping they would put it in all the movies, like it was Narnia’s song, or the kids song, whenever they go into Narnia.
