Isn't it obvious?  I chose Aravis, of course!  Because she is a horsewoman and royalty -- what more could you want?  But also because she is very smart and spunky and brave.  She is the female character I have always identified with the most, even though the personality quiz said I'm Shasta!  Wink

aahh its been way too long since I have posted some graphics!! Ahh been so busy! Hopefully things will calm down once drivers ed and school are both over. But for the meantime I have been able to make two.

But Fauny, it was soooo obvious! Tongue  I blame it on the fact that I'd just read a bunch of Lord Peter short stories, and a few Brother Cadfaels. My brain was all set for heavy-duty plotting, jumped to a conclusion, and it happened to be the right one. LOL

I haven't read And Then There Were None yet but I've been told by a friend that if I figure that one out, I should take up detecting. I would if there were a Mycroft Holmsian branch where I could sit in an armchair all day. I've taken warning from the Hardy Boys. *bad guy sneaks up and clonks detective on head--at least once, in the course of the stor--err, case*

We read Prince Caspian as a family last week. I remember being struck by the ending of the second chapter, when they enter the courtyard of Cair Paravel for the first time. And has anyone else noticed the lack of birds of any kind on the island?

This week we're doing a comparison reading of the Australian/American versions of Ranger's Apprentice 4. So far, the American version has gained a single expository paragraph and lost the best half of a conversation, some characterization bits, and a few random sentences.  Hopefully, we're building up to an extra chapter somewhere, but as we're halfway through, I'm beginning to doubt it.
