The Location of Mystery - Where are the Pevensies?

I don't believe that to be the case. I think that they are actually in the film in some way.

Paul Martin, whom I assume you all know attended the Narnia Faith Summit, said when asked about Peter and Susan's appearance on the theater stand:
Now that quote just leaves me confused. "One of them"? Does that imply there's more than one scene with Peter and Susan? And one of the film's "best moments"?
… how they appear is very cool. I’ve only seen one of them, and it’s likely going to be one of the best moments of the film. Great lesson to be learned in it.

I also believe they will show them in the movie, no doubt about that. But not necessarily in that scene we saw them in.

If Paul Martin found it to be cool I don't think i'm going to stress over this any longer.

Yeah well it seems we are going to be curious for a while. I just try to keep positive and hope their cameos wont be big and be the stealing show of this movie.

Who is Paul Martin and why should we care that he was okay with it?

You haven't noticed that Peter and Susan appear with more than one costume in promos so far? The one this topic is about where they're apparently wearing Narnian clothes, and the display where they're wearing Earth clothes.

The supreme commander of NarniaFans. But as far as his personal opinion is concerned, we have very different opinions of Prince Caspian. He found the movie to be nearly flawless. I have to respectfully disagree with him on that. And therefore, the fact that he found this particular scene to be very moving means that I may very well hate it. I'll be making my own opinion when I see the movie myself.decarus wrote:Who is Paul Martin and why should we care that he was okay with it?

I see. A person who saw Prince Caspian as flawless then i will also be making my own opinion as well.

Besides, viewers bought in by Peter and Susan's apparent appearance in Narnia are likely to be disappointed, not watch it again and deter others from doing so. Though they will, I'm sure, be in it the people I refer to would have been led to believe they had a larger role.
I'm surprised Paul thought it was flawless - he must have a very positive personality. I don't think it's flawless but I love it all the same even for it's differences. Interesting he said it was a moving scene, I'll have to think over that. I also think it's likely they appear once as in the trailer and also back in England as implyed by their clothes in the poster.

Just like the Witch, I think the only reason they are in the movie is so that they can be in the trailer, and mislead the audience into thinking they're going to play a big role. Cha-ching.

I never knew Paul Martin said PC was flawless, that's about 98% incorrect in my perspective. But everything else before the trailer was very positive. I might be going to VDT's comic con so I'll try and find out something.

^ PC is far from flawless. But it's a very underrated adaptation. They took an incredibly uncinematic book, took it apart, and put it back together into a coherent movie without totally losing the essential themes. I'm working on an hour-long video analysis explaining why most of the changes were necessary, and how others really enhance the themes in the book. The challenges they faced when adapting PC were very complex.
Paul is a very passionate Narnia fan. But yeah, we disagree on a lot of things. I think he's just excited about seeing Narnia movies at all.
