Prince Caspian Trailer Rundown

I just got off the phone with my friends, the Hounds (as we shall call them). They went to see Disney’s “Enchanted” at the El Capitan Theatre in Hollywood tonight, and the Prince Caspian trailer appeared before the movie! Currently, the trailer is only playing at El Capitan. They only saw it once, so obviously they couldn’t remember everything, and they were fuzzy on the details of course.
I first asked them if they saw the infamous “ice block” shot that others posted on IMDb, and they said they did not remember seeing anything like that. I then asked about Reepicheep, and they didn’t recall seeing him either.
Now, after a long conversation, here is the description I have put together. No guarantees about accuracy. They only saw it once, and this is what they remembered… (Text in all caps)
Shots of the children at the railway station.
Another shot of the station.
THE TIME HAS COME
Wide shot of the four children on a bench
TO JOURNEY BACK
The Pevensies look around, suspiciously. Something is happening.
Lucy looks down a tunnel.
The walls of the tunnel start “sucking in.”
The Pevensies sitting on the platform. Some weird special effect.
Susan smiles at Lucy, and they run off together down the beach.
ONE YEAR LATER FOR THEM
One of the boys asks something.
Lucy: “I wonder who lived here?”
Susan (holding something?): “I think we did.”
Big swirling helicopter shot of the Pevensies at the ruins.
1300 YEARS FOR NARNIA
One of the boys pushing a door open. The camera pushes past him and goes inside.
A few shots of the Treasure Chamber. They look down at the treasure from the top of the stairs.
Peter pulls out his sword, looks at it, and says something.
FROM C.S. LEWIS’ EPIC MASTERPIECE
Miraz putting on his face-plate.
Miraz points his sword.
Peter turns toward him.
Miraz says something about Narnia and epic battles and a savage place to remember.
Peter and Miraz’ swords meet.
Lucy looking at a dryad at daytime.
Some battle shots, and the Night Raid.
Wide shot of the bridge (what else is new?).
One of the girls quickly turns toward the camera, frightened.
Another shot of a dryad at daytime.
THE FATE OF ALL
The Pevensies in a boat.
Caspian looking around in a forest.
LIES WITH THE DESTINY OF ONE
Caspian holding something, and looking at someone.
Aslan jumps over the camera.
Susan using her bow.
More battle shots.
A huge splash shoots out of the water and starts to take human form.
ALL THAT YOU KNOW IS ABOUT TO CHANGE (or something like that)
THE CHRONICLES OF NARNIA: PRINCE CASPIAN (gold letters)
That’s 169 days away, ahh! Still no word on when this trailer will be available online, but stay tuned!
