William Moseley and several other young actors are appearing in a public service announcement for raising awareness about cancer. The PSA focuses on the high probability of coming down with cancer. Moseley only appears in a brief cameo and has no speaking parts, but the commercial does convey it’s message well. You can view the PSA on YouTube hereThanks to everyone who sent it in!

  • eustacegirl says:

I love will mo hair. I like it more there than any other hairstyle he had. In my opinion, I don’t think it’s a girl haircut. I think he still looks mascline. I think it’s too short for a girl, so i think tis short enough for a boy. wish eh got to tlak more

  • Not Of This World says:

I had first glansed at it as I strolled on my computer screen. It had looked like it said "Moseley Has Cancer". That scared me. But luckly he is doing something for cancer awareness. That is awesome. Good for him.

    • AlishaGirl95 says:

i thought the same thing i was like OMG! then i was oohhh ok, Good for you! its nice to know that he cares about those causes 🙂 <3

  • pselpevensie says:

i can’t believe what he did with his hair! i wonder if that’s what it has to look like for "A Great Education".

  • LucyTheValiant says:

    i love it 🙂

  • narnian resident says:

thats a really cool commercial. William’s hair is….um, wow. but i think i like it. it looked like they had quite a few known celebrities on there, at least what i recognized. cancer commercials are often like that. using celebrities always gets people’s attention more.

    • Hermit of the Northern March says:

Yes, his hair looks like a skateboard guy. I don’t think it’s best style, I mean, long hair just looks sloppy on guys.
But I’m glad he’s on a commercial against cancer; and I wish they’d given him a speaking part.
      I’m praying for him.

      • Daughter of Narnia says:

Yeah, I can’t stand his hair!!! But I saw that you said you were praying for him. I’m a christian and I want the "four Pevensies" to become believers in Christ. I’m worried about them. I wrote to Georgie and I witnessed to her; no reply yet though. I’m just glad someone else is praying for them too. Thanks.

      • narnian resident says:

wow Daughter of Narnia, thats really strong of you. i also share in the hopes that the actors will come to know Christ. you know, i wonder if they ever read the books, and if they did, they should read them again, cuz it was the Narnia books that witnessed the most to me, and what was the most powerful thing, and still is, in my life.

      • QueenLucy12 says:

I know! I aslo hate his hair!!! I am very glad to hear that someone other than me is praying for them! Ya Daughter of Narnia! Thats Awesome that you did that! I hope that she replys! if she does reply i would love to know what she says!

      • Elf Maiden Archer of Rivendell says:

I agree Hermit! Will’s haircut is sooo, out-of-date, or sloppy, or it doesn’t go with his character and face and even his clothes. That haircut looks much better with a beard and moustache and on an older guy. BTW, I’m praying for the cast, too!

      • TigerPole says:

This is great! I am sooo proud of these people! There is a lot of cancer in people I know, so this really means a lot to me!
@Daughter of Narnia: If Georgie replies please tell us! That is so cool that you are able to do that! I’m a Christian as well and I pray that the cast comes to know Jesus every night when I say my prayers!

It’s so relieving to know I’m not the only person praying for their Salvation!
Here’s a quote by Will I found a few months back; Aslan has not been seen in centuries. Each character in the movie faces the same crisis: They long to see Aslan but he remains elusive. William Moseley, who plays Peter Pevensie, sees the search for Aslan as a metaphor for faith.
"When you talk about seeing, I think it’s more believing," he said. "You believe, and then you see. Aslan represents God. People say, ‘If God’s there, why can’t I see him?’ Well, because you’re not believing."
This quote came from a PC interview I found while searching the web in a Narnia Fan Frenzy.

      • Music From The Heart says:

WOW! Will looks so much older. I can’t say that is my favorite hairstyle on him, no. But that doesn’t really matter. What’s important is that he standing up for a very good cause. The commercial was very well done. It appeals to teens, and it keeps people interested. As well as getting it’s point across, without overpowering the audience.
@Daughter of Narnia- That is awesome that you stood up like that. Thank you for living out your faith. I too am praying for the entire cast and crew, it is encouraging to see so many others who are fighting the same fight! God bless you all!
        🙂

  • ~queenSUSAN~ says:

The first time I saw Will in this I thought they had superimposed Heath Ledger from "10 Things I Hate About You:"! His haircut is definitely…interesting. lol. Maybe he’s channeling Andrew Adamson. 😛

  • Drake says:

    Haha! Goldie-locks!

  • SusanPevensie3 says:

O.K. love the ad! Yeah saw William’s name and i immediantly had to watch it!

  • Aslan's Meadow says:

Loved the commercial, and William’s hair is awsome! LOVE IT

  • Not Of This World says:

Who cares what his hair looks like? The Importent thing is that he is in the commercial (not to show off his hair) but to try to raise awarness about this disease.

    • Lucy P. says:

Thanks for saying that; I agree.

    • eustacegirl says:

i agree and i dont like ppl calling it long because in my opinion it isnt long but sometiems other ppls opinions on what long and short is becomes my own and i dont want it to. its complicated. i like his hair and i am glad he was in a commercial for cancer awareness. as long as you can still tell hes a guy his hair is short enough. in fact one reason i didnt like Peter in LWW was beacuse of his hair for most of the movie, until it grew later on. i still didnt like him though for other reasons too. But, i love Will Mo’s hair now and he is a great actor.

      • [ForNarniaAndForAslan] says:

Hey, speaking of his hair in LWW, Andrew said that in the goodbye scene near the beginning, at the train station, all he had to do to get Will to have the proper angst was to give him that horrible haircut. =) I think he was just joshing him though

  • Narniamiss says:

Wow..I watched this earlier because I saw it had Dakota Fanning in it; I didn’t even realize Will was in it! Thanks for the info. I’ll have to watch it again. 🙂

  • HighQueen_Of_LanternWaste says:

This is a great ad. Will looks much older!

  • Casue says:

Long hair only looks good on Ben Barnes. William is probably trying to be more like him.

  • Omac the centaur says:

sweet… NO! DONT SIT DOWN WILL!1 lol

  • Jill says:

    I like it.

  • Andy says:

No!! I liked his hair before 🙁
Lol, I remember having a crush on him after watching LWW (I was 10)Its not the same with the hair…:P

  • Waleed Sajjad Khan says:

    LOVE the ad.

  • Arden says:

I still didn’t see him, where is he?

  • Narnia Ultimate Fan says:

It is just an ad. Stop complaining about his hair. He probably had to grow it like that for the ad.
