Inspired-By Album Wins GMA Music Award

The Inspired-By Soundtrack (Music Inspired by The Chronicles of Narnia) won the Special Event Album of the Year award at the 37th Annual GMA Music Awards last night, April 5, 2006. The awards ceremony, formerly called the “Dove Awards” was held at the Grand Ole Opry House in Nashville, TN.

Steven Curtis Chapman won his 50th GMA award for his contributions to the Chronicles of Narnia project. He was given the honor of accepting the award on behalf of all the artists on the album.
