Berger Talks ‘Dawn Treader’

In a recent interview with Sci-Fi.com, Oscar-winner Howard Berger (KNB EFX) says that the interaction between actors and fantasy characters is more involved in the next film. “In Dawn Treader there will be a lot of dialogue, and you can’t have the actors act against nothing.”

Berger also talks about his work on “The Lion, the Witch and the Wardrobe” and “Prince Caspian.” The interview includes an embedded video clip from the “Prince Caspian” DVD/BD extras.

In March, at the Total Film/Sky Movies Prince Caspian Preview, Berger said he would be designing “Dufflepuds and Sea People, as well as a handful of Narnians aboard the Dawn Treader.” In the book, the only non-human on the ship is Reepicheep. Will there be mythological creatures among the crew in the film?
