Dawn Treader Trailer Coming Thursday!
Mark your calendars! Set your schedule! Ask for the day off! Do whatever you have to do! Just find a way to be in front of a computer…
NarniaFans is reporting that the highly-anticipated trailer for “The Voyage of the Dawn Treader” will be online on Thursday, June 17 at 12:00pm EST!
The trailer will also be appearing in front of “Toy Story 3,” which releases the following day. It is possible that, if you go to a 3D showing, the trailer will also be in 3D.
Considering there is now less than six months to go until the release, we have seen very little of the film. A poster and a few pictures… that’s pretty much it. Perhaps with the release of this trailer, Fox will finally let us in on what we can expect from Michael Apted’s vision.

No, I know what you mean, Aunt Letty. Even though the suspense is sometimes unbearable, it will be a little sad for all this anticipation to end suddenly. Once we've seen the trailer, and even the movie, we can't go back to this moment right now. We're in limbo right now, and I think we should enjoy it (if that's the right word) while it lasts, because it can never happen the same way again. We won't be able to reproduce all our thoughts and feelings that we have right now once the trailer is out. Everything we know is about to change–for better or for worse.
But all the same, I hope time will pass quickly until the trailer comes. I can't wait to see it!! 😀 😀 😀 (I just hope we're not disappointed!)

Thanks to a helpful someone on FaceBook, I've discovered the teaser trailer will be available in my part of the world at 1:30am, Friday. I think I might just sleep and wake up to the surprise later on.

Yay! I have waited like…six years for this! Ever since I read the book I wanted to see a movie made of it…and here is the first gimps! Just hope it's accurate to the book! I would not want it to be the kind of film that C.S Lewis would be sorry for!

i just cant wait for the trailer(I'm soooo thrilled) and I'm glad that they got through the new 'Witch' thing, it was really stupid and it could have ruined the whole film.Narnia films are just amazing, so full with lots of cool surprises.i wish Will and Anna would also be there iv VDT.but Caspian is there it'll be great and Edmund and Lucy…i'm waiting for december

I think it's America's EST because i just googled it, and it says -0500 hours from UTC which i'm guessing is greenwich mean time? And isn't this website American so they would probably say when people in America can watch it.
Just add the number of hours you are ahead of GMT to the 5 hours Eastern USA time is behind it – add that to 12 noon on Thursday and you'll find out it's something like 3 a.m. in ?Sydney or Melbourne.

I believe the American East Coast (EST) is five hours behind England, give or take an hour because of Daylight Savings Time. So 5 pm your time, unless Daylight Savings Time screws something up.

And, since it appears the trailer is online, unless the websites are doing the very annoying "you must live in (fill in nation here) to view this video", you should be able to see it the same time the rest of us do.

I nearly had to restart my heart after reading that!!!! I gasped and choked and my eyes went as wide as saucers!!!! I CAN"T WAIT!!!!!!!! FOR THE TRAILER!!!!!! Thursday I will be antsy all day…. and I will count down the minutes…. and I will refresh NW every five minutes… scratch that, every minute… and I will jump out of character and hog the computer all day.

If I waited until the big screen to see the trailer, I'd probably be so distracted that I wouldn't be able to concentrate on Toy Story 3. No, I'm going to have to watch it a few times before seeing it in theaters.
That was my idea as well, but I don't know if I can make it, especially now that it comes out on Thursday, instead of Friday (I'm traveling on Friday, so that would have made it easier to wait). But, knowing me, I wouldn't be able to stand the wait and would end up spoiling it for myself.
I like many others, have been waiting a long, long, long time for this trailer! I'm so glad it's finally here! This means I won't haft to suffer waiting until next month to see it before Toy Story 3. YAY!!!! Let us hope that it just as good if not better then we all thought it would be.

Okay, here's my wish list for the trailer:
I want to see Eustace both in human and dragon form.
I want to see the Dawn Treader in all her glory (obviously).
I want to see Lilliandil in all HER glory, and not just a tiny washed-out image.
I want to see Reepicheep and get an idea of his character in the movie.
I want to hopefully see Ramandu, and know that he'll be in the movie. *fingers crossed*
I want to hear a couple lines or see a couple scenes right from the book.
I want to see new things in the trailer, and things that will reassure me. I want the trailer to leave me feeling excited and adventurous, and not confused or horrified. And I really want the trailer to reflect the feeling of the movie, and not be misleading.
There. Now all I have to do is wait. Impatiently. 🙁 😀 😀

well, think about it this way: if there IS kissing in the movie, it will probably be between Ramandu's daughter and Caspian, so I'm totally cool with that. That's a good book-based pairing, so whatever, ya know?
