Greta Gerwig Receives Golden Globe Nominations
The 2024 Golden Globe nominations have been announced, and Greta Gerwig’s Barbie leads with 10 nominations. Gerwig herself received nods in the Best Director and the Best Screenplay categories. The film was also nominated for Best Musical or Comedy.
Gerwig has never won a Golden Globe, but was previously nominated for Lady Bird (Screenplay), and Frances Ha (Actress).
Next up, she is currently set to helm two Chronicles of Narnia movies for Netflix.
