Episode 87: ‘The Lion, the Witch and the Wardrobe’ Book Discussion

Rilian and Glumpuddle begin a new series on each of C.S. Lewis’ seven Narnia books. First up is The Lion, the Witch, and the Wardrobe. Lewis published the book in 1950 not intending to write anymore. Fortunately for us, he was inspired and kept writing.
Rilian and Glumpuddle disagree about the Deeper Magic. What do you think?

Great Podcast guys! The way I see the Deep(er) Magic is that the traitors (sinners) belong to the Witch (Satan) and this was the law put into Narnia. And like how sinners are separated God and belongs to the Devil, the traitor is separated from Aslan and belongs to the Witch. This is where Aslan gives his life for the traitor, just like Jesus gave His life for the sinner. The crime has been paid for and the law fulfilled.
