Professor’s House Location Pictures

NarniaWebber ‘Wingles’ has visited the location where the exterior of the Professor’s house was filmed in “The Chronicles of Narnia: The Lion, the Witch, and the Wardrobe.”

After some searching, she was able to find the tree that Georgie Henley (Lucy) sat under during the cricket game! Here is a clip from her report:

Professor Kirkes “house” does not exist as you see it, the sets that were used were just that “sets”. When you see the Pevensie children riding with Mrs. [Macready] in the horse drawn buggy coming up to the house, the road is real, the grounds are real, indeed I was walking up that same path yesterday afternoon BUT what they are going towards was actually this magnificent Victorian home.
