Extended Edition Not Available to Christian Retailers

It appears that large Christian retailers such as Family Christian Stores and ChristianBook.com will not be selling the 4-disc Extended Edition of The Lion, the Witch, and the Wardrobe (which releases tomorrow, December 12).
