Markus and McFeely Branch Out

inRich.com has posted a review of “You Kill Me”, a new comedy penned by the Narnia screenwriters. The cracklingly droll script is by Christopher Markus and Stephen McFeely, whose previous movie, surprisingly, was “The Chronicles of Narnia: The Lion, The Witch and the Wardrobe.” They have also written the first follow-up, “Prince Caspian.” But if the people making the Narnia movies see “You Kill Me,” Markus and McFeely might not be called to make “The Voyage of the Dawn Treader.” “You’re annoying when you’re happy,” Frank’s boss in San Francisco tells him. She is an undertaker. (Pouring herself a drink over a late-night corpse, she says, “If I have to work this late at night, he’s not the only one who’s going to be embalmed.”)
