The music was really good and the acting was okay (though not near as good as the last two movies, save for Eustace, who was true to his character).

The adaptation was unrecognizable. The cinematography: horrid! Non-existent. This movie takes place on a carnival, unrealistic-looking ship that bobs up and down in a water tank. The voyagers encounter ugly digital islands rearranged and synthesized in an entirely different order than that of the book. None of them are actual physical places. They're all extremely fake-looking CGI sets. What a waste of what could have been a beautifully cinematic film. The landscapes used in Jaws (to put it in perspective) are far more breathtaking!
