Fox Adds ‘Dawn Treader’ to its Website

20th Century Fox’s official website has added The Voyage of the Dawn Treader to its list of ‘Coming Soon’ movies.

Right now there isn’t anything to see other than the placeholder, but all the other previous big Fox movies have had an official website hotlinked on that particular page. Β It’s definitely worth keeping an eye on!

Fox’s official website can be found here.

Thanks to icarus for the heads-up!

I like books that become movies.Narnia and Percy Jackson and the Olympians are my favorites!:D I hope they make the movies as good as the books.

  6. JadistarkilleR says:

cool! Fox is finally showing it off on its roster. i bet its been a drought since its last two major franchises– Star Wars and X-Men– ended some years ago.

now lets hope Fox keeps its end of the bargain and market VDT properly. its done the first step by securing a really good release date, lets hope they put all that expertise gleaned from Star Wars and X-Men firmly behind VDT.

I know this doesn't really have anything to do with the story here, but does anyone know how to put a picture in the box on the left-upper corner of the comment box? I can't figure it out. Help, please! πŸ™‚

I wish I knew what you are saying.
      Can anyone translate?

    • narniafan4ever says:

      He/She said something like….

"Now we want to put that notice of Narnia Movie in 20th"

Not exactly sure what it means…. But for anyone wanting to translate it, just google "Google Translate" and then copy and paste the phrase. πŸ™‚ It works fairly well.

      • Belle says:

You can't translate directly from spanish to english without the grammar being really messed up- it would in reality be slightly changed around once spoken in english.

      • narniafan4ever says:

Very true! πŸ™‚ And I realize that. I was just letting everyone know that if they want to translate something and try to understand it, that they should try that website. πŸ™‚

  25. Long Live King Skandar says:

sorry, messed up. anyway, to continue: MUST AND WILL KICK BUTT at the box office so that SC gets the green light, Fox/Walden and everyone involved in the production feel good about themselves, and Disney will be sorry it ditched the franchise πŸ™‚

  26. Lucy says:

    I can't belive they didn't make a trailer! πŸ™

  27. Mirima Rosetrader says:

  32. Mark Friedrich says:

435 days? Yahh, I wish it were sooner.

  33. ExtremeFan says:

  34. pselpevensie says:

    less than 450 days!!!!!!! HALLELUAH!!!

  35. Mark Friedrich says:

Correction 430 days, still too long.

  36. Matthias of Redwall says:

how come the Lion's Call website's countdown timer to VDT shows a different time then Narniaweb??

    • Fire Fairy says:

Well, for one, they've got the date wrong. They said it'll be released Dec 9, 2010, when the actual date is Dec 10, 2010. But that doesn't explain why they are 30 days behind ours. Did they just do the math wrong? I would say trust NarniaWeb's countdown, just because NarniaWeb is the most accurate and up-to-date website concerning Narnia movie news. Not to mention NarniaWeb is dedicated to movie news, while Lion's Call is a Fan Fiction site. Hope that helps.

    • Fire Fairy says:

Another thing I just noticed…The Lion's Call gets all of their movie news from NarniaWeb πŸ˜‰

  37. LucyReepicheepβ™₯(used to be celtic13 and Narnian Jesus Freak) says:

how soon is SOON? πŸ˜› I don't think I'd call 2010 SOON. oh well. πŸ˜‰ at least they put it on! πŸ™‚
    I can't wait for Dec. 10 2010!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

  38. always narnian says:

Interesting. I hope fox does this movie well.

  39. edmund rox says:

    Yeah 2010… really soon right?

    • Fire Fairy says:

Not soon enough…at least they didn't push the date back any farther than they already have!

  40. this is exciting!! ooo after a week from narniaweb, its good to be back:)

  41. tolkienlewisfan says:

    Well….I gues it's official!
