Nothing really interesting, just another website advertising. But any advertising is good, right!

  2. FriendOfNarnia2 says:

    So what's special about MyJellyBean.com?

  3. Not Of This World says:

    I love Jelly Beans!

  4. Quinlin says:

Never heard of the website, but at least they're promoting it. The more of that the better.

  5. Eustace+Jill says:

Hopefully there will be more advertisements for VODT then there was for Prince Caspian and LWW…

  6. Not Of This World says:

    Hopefully

never heard of it. but, the more advertising, the better! im beginning to wonder at the many advertisements and such they're putting up. havent you noticed its quite alot compared to the advertising of PC and LWW? my guess is that they're doing it in hopes that the same thing wont happen again as it did with PC, when they lost a chunk of money cuz it didnt gross as much as the first one, and it had cost more. smart move there, especially when this one is most likely costing even more than PC, which im thinking is QUITE a bit of money.

  8. HighQueenofNarnia says:

That was my first thought as well. Is this slightly good or really good for VotDT?

  9. Lucy says:

Jelly beans are nice. I didn't used to like them when I was a kid, but I do now.

I'll confess. Half the reason I posted this story was because I had never heard of the site and was hoping someone would explain it. But it looks like everybody is as in the dark as me. Ha! 😀

  11. LL says:

I wonder what a Narnian-flavored jelly bean would taste like…Mmmm.

  12. I just learned that the site is for, and celebrates, girls aged 13-18. So I guess it's a nod to Lucy (and Georgie). I don't like the horoscope stuff. But it's in teen mags too. It's everywhere. Ugh! (Sorry, mods.) http://www.myjellybean.com/corporate/about-myjellybean-com

  13. I don't know how much VDT cost to produce. But I know it's less than PC! Some thought the less expenses part showed up in the trailers but I disagree.

  14. Guys, just go to the website and hit the 'about' button at the bottom! Finding out what something is isn't that hard. And let's not forget Wikipedia, a girl's best friend in a pinch. [Did you know there's a Narnia Wiki? 😀 ] This jellybean site claims to be a girl's BFF. Whatever. lol But at least they're advertising VDT, right? I think they should push Lucy and the beauty spell (and Georgie as a lovely actress) more, to make the connection clearer. 😉

  15. Skilletdude says:

I sure can't wait to see "Voygage" of the Dawn Treader. 😉

  16. DragonGirl28 says:

At least they're promoting it…though I've never heard of the site before.

  17. Manticore says:

Augh! they spelled it "Voygage" of the Dawn Treader!!!

  18. Peepicheep says:

Where did they write that? I didn't see it, I liked their website (Narnia.com that is). Just the water when you arrive at the site is pretty retarded looking you know what I mean.

  19. Wow, long time no see NarniaWeb! Sorry guys, wasn't able to check out NW a lot coz my computer got busted. It's fixed now, thank goodness. It's great that they're advertising VDT! I hate horoscopes too Christian! Yeah it's just one of those teen mag/chit chat astrology sites. Yuck, why waste your time there? In fact who cares about myjellybean.com. I thought it was going to be a "Create your own" jelly bean character. 😛 You know like those M&M characters? Jelly Belly should make a rosewater-flavored jelly bean for Turkish Delight! Lol! And then make a marmalade roll jelly bean! Mmmm!

  20. Not Of This World says:

Never heard of it either, but I totaly agree.

  21. narnian resident says:

i dont think its costing less than PC. i mean, i've heard already its (i think) almost a million, but again i could be wrong. but looking at the sets they've done and just the extreme broadness and expansion of it all and all the stuff they have to do for the story (which is extremely large and highly eventful) one could infer that this movie is costing a BIG chunk. also, the trailer (to me anyway) shows me that it costs more, not less. some people are probably thinking that because at times the graphics looked cheap and bad, but really those are one of the best graphics out there (at least what i've seen).

  22. Lucy says:

    Tee-hee, "Voygage". That's funny.

  23. Silver the Wanderer says:

Voygage? What is this "Voygage" that you speak of? It sounds like something from Star Trek. 😛

    Typos amuse me sometimes.

  24. icarus says:

With a name like "MyJellyBean.com" i was expecting it to be some sort of awesome customised Jelly Bean making website that was offering Narnia themed Jelly Beans – very disappointing! 😉

  25. Same here! Yet that would be cool! The only place where you can customize anything to do with Narnia (except Narnia.com & Disney's create-your-own tshirts & electronic skins) is stardoll.com where girls can choose different celebrities and dress them up. Anna Popplewell & Skandar & Ben Barnes are the only Narnia ones.
