What?! I could actually have Eustaceโ€™s diary?! No way…I am totally entering into this contest!!!

(Hehe, the first to comment too)

  2. Foreigner says:

"D'uh d'uh we're nationalistic and therefore only US guys can win this, sorry, rest of the world"

  3. WilliamMoseleyandSkandarcrush! says:

    I don't have a facebook! Sad Face!! I'm not sad that I don't have a facebook, i'm sad that I can't enter the contest!

  4. Narnian_Dreamer says:

Once again why only US? It's not fair for everyone else!!! Like really are you that nationalistic? >:-(

  5. QueenSusanJ316 says:

Ok, I entered but it only said thank you for your submission and mentioned Eustace's journal. What did I do wrong?

  6. Aslan's Meadow says:

I entered for all four. It would be amazing to win one of these!!!

  7. Omac the centaur says:

QueenSusanJ316, right above the picture were it says "win pieces…" on either side there are arrows to the other contests. i think you can enter for more than one. hope that helps. ๐Ÿ™‚

  8. Michael says:

grrrr….yet again, this is only open to US. Please start opening up contests to people out of the US as well.

  9. Warrior 4 Jesus says:

Hear, hear. When will the US realise they're not the centre of the world?

  10. LL says:

Odd…In an interview Will Poulter said he got to keep Eustace's diary from the film…hmm are they ripping people off with a fake diary???

  11. aussie_lucy says:

Sounds great! It's a shame it's not open to people outside the US.

  12. wolfloversk says:

I second this. But maybe you guys will get one on your country's facebook page…

  13. stateofgreen says:

I thought the same too. Will probably has the original diary. The contest one is probably an extra prop copy. ๐Ÿ˜‰ I would think they automatically make two of every prop just in case things happen onset when they film. At least that's my theory.

  14. Aaron Harrington says:

Yes the US is so horribly nationalistic that Dawn Treader premiered in Australia, New Zealand, Mexico, and other countries a week or more before the US premiere. There have been several Dawn Treader contests open only to UK residents as well.

  15. Melody says:

There are legal reasons why they have to have different contests for different countries. ๐Ÿ™‚

  16. TrueNarnianWithWill says:

  17. Actually, there would have to be at least two journals. One is the original, used by Eustace, and the other is the burnt version, which Edmund finds. Those would have to be two different props. I suspect we'll get the burnt one.

  18. Ballerina says:

Well, there has been a ton of contests for only UK residents! Finally that have a contest for Americans…

  19. FaunFan says:

    ARGH! I don't have a facebook account!

And TrueNarnianWithWill, I'm afraid I must protest to your statement. I'm from the US, and I have been disappointed several times that the contests that I've wanted to enter are only for people in the UK. While I understand that you're not happy about this, I think they have done a good job of splitting the contests between the two nations.

  20. stateofgreen says:

LOL, you're right! Burnt? I would gather if it were burnt we couldn't make out the entries anyhow LOL.

  21. HighQueenofNarnia says:

Haha, speaking as a born-and-bred American, I agree that most Americans are way too self-centered. ๐Ÿ™‚ It is somewhat unfair to only open it to America– there are other places in the world where English is spoken and the Narnia series is loved. You do wonder why they don't just open it to Canada, the U.K., the U.S., Australia, and New Zealand, and possibly even more. [There might be a good reason for this, but I don't know it!]
And speaking as a non-Facebook user, maybe I'll convince my mother or friend to enter…

  22. QueenSusanJ316 says:

  23. Omac the centaur says:

    welcome. ๐Ÿ™‚

  24. Eustace+Jill says:

Yeah, I actually haven't seen to many contests that were open to the U.S. at all… unless I just missed them. But usually I see it say U.K. only, or Australia or New Zealand residents only.

  25. Eustace+Jill says:

Are you only allowed to submit an entry once? Or are you allowed to enter as many times as you like?

  26. The narniad says:

B-But *gasps for breath* It's Eustace's DIARY! I don't think the U.S. get everything, because they don't, but can't they give another version of the prop to the UK as well? I'm sure they made more than one! *cries*

  27. awesomeness says:

you can enter as many times as you want. i entered about fifteen times for Eustaceโ€™s diary.

  28. Fireflower says:

Does anybody know when the winners are announced?

  29. Abby says:

WOW that would be cool if its the real dairy!:)

  30. Shark Fin says:

I so totally agree…its so unfair!!!

  31. Shark Fin says:

    I second that!!

  32. narniafan! says:

    whats the facebook pageee?!

  33. Jazmann says:

When does the dead line end and how do you know you win?

  34. 100%Narnia fan/favorite series says:

Wow! It would be just wonderful if I could win any of those props… Oh, and by the way narniafan! facebook is considered one of those "social network" things. Everyone, well except me, is on it. It's just kind of like the way ya'll are having a conversation. Anyways, it doesn't bother me that I'm not on it though it would be a great way to catch up with old friends!
