    I'm for Silver Chair 2012 and HHB 2013. :))))))))))))))

  5. High Queene Shelly Belly says:

I was considering going by A High Queen SB, but I don't think that would come out right 😉

  6. Michael says:

They can't make movies that fast. It's a year and a half to 2 years to make a movie. I"m flexible with either SC or MN being made next. I want HHB to be made in a few years from now. Partially because I want to audition for Shasta and I'll have more experience in acting by then.

  7. Michael says:

I'm including the time in theaters as well.

  8. sam says:

Yeah that is to fast for two movies, they'd have had to begin SC probably last summer just as they were finishing dawn treador, they COULD always begin HHB/MN when they're half way through making SC/MN which I'm hoping they will do

  9. A+ Sam says:

    Can I join?

  10. Anhun says:

It's not too close together if they film the two simultaneously or back to back. Remember none of the next three books in the series have any of the same cast except for Liam Neeson as Aslan, unless they try to squeeze them in for cameos. I do recognize that that's an insane long shot, though. VDT's performance well justifies another gamble on Narnia, but I doubt it's strong enough for Fox to change their current system of green lighting one film at a time.

  12. Praying Pevensie says:

Totally !! I vote strongly on Magicians Nephew hext !! I absolutely can't wait !! I think that they should for more than, than, 100 reasons !! GO MAGICIANS NEPHEW !! I don't really understand why they want Silver Chair next !! WHY ??!?!?!?

  13. Peter's BFF says:

I want them to do SC next so that Will Poulter will get to be in these films. I mean, he's seventeen. They don't have much longer before he's way way way too old for the part.

I don't mind MN at all. I just hope for SC then MN then LB then HHB. But once again I am reminded that I have no control and God has a better plan than I do.

  14. Christ's girl says:

Anyone got any idea when MN will be greenlit? And when will auditions start?:)

  15. Christ's girl says:

    I hope soon….
    🙂

  16. Praying Pevensie says:

That's what EVERYONE says !! No offense, it's just, well, Eustace WILL change a little bit right ? Then why not do Horse and his boy, or Magicians Nephew next ? I mean, come on !! It's not like this is exactly after !! Otherwise they should have put it in Voyage of the Dawn Treader !! I do know that God is in control, and he will do His will……….but I still want Magicians Nephew.

  17. Am I your Mommy ? says:

Quit Whining !!!! Throw away your diaper, and get a new one, stick your pacifier in your mouth, or get a babysitter to watch you !! Go take a nappie poo in your crib, or tell your mommy to feed you. Go to your nursery, and play with your toys. Just do not complain all the time !! You are like a baby in a bad mood !! If you were my daughter, I would change your room into a nursery, have a babysitter watching you constantly, and have a sticky on you !! ( A kind of glue on a piece of paper for toddlers if they can't behave. You then, put then in their stroller, crib, diapery, est. and the can't move their bottom. We always use it on us, if we disbehave. They are strong !!) I also would have a toddler leash on you constantly, so you never leave the room. I also would put you in a diaper. ( you probably need it. ) and put a pacifier in your mouth. I would also make sure you were dressed like a baby, and if you fussed, took out your pacifier, did your diaper, I would send you to the tantrum room. So be quiet !! Or I'll get you !!

I really hope "Silver Chair" is greenlit first! "Magicians Nephew" can wait! "The Silver Chair" is the next in the series, don't screw this all up! C'mon studio!

  20. Tauriel says:

$400 million earnings is nice, but I wonder what's the actual profit… Because that's what the studios really care about – not how much a film earned, but how much profit it brought. That's crucial.

It looks like Voyage has had a slow but steady success. I hope Fox will learn from this and value each month of the WorldWide box office run for the next film.
While I know that the Opening Weekend performance in the US is essential, they got most of their money from a longer time frame overseas.

My name is really from the chronicles of Narnia.I thought you guys where all Narnia brains(winks teasingly). So,can you name the book and what origin in the book the name comes from? Here I'll give you a hint,In this book Lucy "felt quite sure they were in for a lovely time."( I always loved that line).

  23. Aslan's Girl says:

    Yay! Thank you, God!

  24. 220chrisTian says:

Problem: some Narnia fans aren't allowed on the forum because of age or parental restrictions. The stories are the only place they can talk about the film.

  25. Bookwyrm says:

Nobody is stopping them from discussing the film. The problem with discussing the theological implications of natural disasters in the comments section of a news story is that there's always some insensitive idiot who comes along and says something truly horrible. I think we can all agree that the last thing we want appearing on news stories about Narnia is hateful rhetoric that could really hurt the people who have been harmed by these disasters if they were to see the comments. To say nothing of the damage it does to the Christian faith to have those sorts of comments tossed around lightly.
