Opening Weekend (May 16 18):
The film grossed $56.6 million in the United States in its first three days, which was short of LWW's $65 million and generally below expectations. It also grossed $20.7 million overseas, and knocked Iron Man out of the top spot.
Week 2 (May 19 25):
In its second weekend, the film earned $23 million, while Indiana Jones soared to an impressive $101 million opening weekend. (These numbers do not include Memorial Day.)

Week 3 (May 26 June 1):
The film dropped to #5 in its third weekend, taking in $13 million domestically. This is short of the $153 million earned by LWW in the same time. Despite being in its fifth weekend, Iron Man jumped Caspian to claim the #4 spot. Sex and the City and The Strangers both hit theaters on May 30. Indiana Jones dropped to #2, but still took in $46 million.

Kung Fu Panda and Don't Mess with the Zohan opened as the film reached $200 million worldwide. In the same amount of time, LWW earned $217 million in the United States alone.

The film took in $3.1 million in its fifth weekend. The Incredible Hulk and The Happening opened to respectable numbers.
